Fall is truly present

Here are some real indicators in my life when I know fall is truly present

1. The Halloween candy/ costumes/ decorations are all over target... Orange and black EVERYWHERE

2. The excitement you get coming back to school, seeing your friends, new supplies... has worn off and now all school related things are trying to get all the homework and reading in you can just to stay afloat!

3. The leaves are starting to change and fall

4. The smell of apples, cider, and cool breezes

5. The urge to put away all the summer clothes and prepare the layering look for cold MN days

6. No more tasty lemonade to drink when I go to my parents (my dad thinks lemonade is only a summer beverage)

7. Stewardship

8. FOOTBALL

9. No more AC in the apartment which means lower energy bills!

10. Counting down the days till "fall break/reading days"

This is my favorite season and I hope we get a good long fall and that winter doesn't creep up too soon... although I am ok with winter.
